Do you know that this Halton estate was used by British Army during the First World War? Royal Flying Corps shifted their air mechanics schools from Hampshire to Halton. At the end of the First World War, this whole estate was purchased by the British Government for the RAF. From then onwards, it has engaged in delivering high quality training to Air Force personnel.
